Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our company, providing expert and professional audit services to ensure our Tax-Exempt client's financial integrity and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid background in financial, compliance, and operational audits to contribute to our team's strategic objectives. The Senior Audit Associate will report directly to the Audit Manager and will work closely with various departments within the company.

Job Details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (like CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA) will be considered a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance audits, and operational audits with Tax-Exempt Clients.
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, as well as corporate governance procedures and regulations.
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
