Well-Funded, venture backed startup is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team! This startup is partnered with big names in the crypto space and is a core contributor to a Solana liquidity aggregator and a mobile trading app used by over half of a million users. In this role you work will primarily focus building backend, real-time services powering the production software.

Job Details

Requirements

• BS in CS or equivalent
• 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in HFT, fintech, or in the crypto space (also open to SaaS)
• Experience with at least one compiled language (Rust, C , or C) AND one backend language (TypeScript, Python, Node, or similar)
• Strong system and software design skills, including the ability to reason about technical tradeoffs of different architectural approaches
• Understanding of networking protocols and frameworks including TCP, UDP, WebSockets, Protocol Buffers, and gRPC

Bonus Qualifications

• iOS or Android experience
• Experience with the Solana ecosystem or having written code that interfaces with such (indexers, RPC nodes, validator nodes, wallet connectors, wallets)
• Understanding of Solana architecture, including leaders, shreds, transaction structures (e.g. list of instructions within a transaction), and Jito bundles
