Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, from initial conception and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and completion.
• Manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field staff.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that work quality and techniques are in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Manage the project budget, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and utility providers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the procurement process, including the selection and management of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project reviews to monitor and report on progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may affect project delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial construction—ground-up experience in industrial, renewable energy, oil and gas, PEMB experience .
• Design-build experience preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions to construction project challenges.
• Proficient in project management software-Procore and Bluebeam
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
