Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney with a background in property acquisition to join our in-house legal real estate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on a range of legal matters, ensuring that our business operations comply with the law.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney or Small firm Attorney focusing on Residential law.
- Extensive knowledge of laws related to property acquisition.
- Proven experience in corporate governance, business policy, risk management, and corporate compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
- Familiarity with research methods for legal issues concerning financial transactions and business operations.
- Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
