In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will spearhead the development and maintenance of sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using Nomad, ensuring the seamless deployment and scalability of microservices across various cloud platforms. You will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, leveraging your extensive DevOps experience and deep understanding of network communication. With a proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation and a familiarity with multiple cloud providers like AWS and GCP, your efforts will be crucial in optimizing cloud network latency and enhancing the overall performance and reliability of our services.
Additionally, your role will involve a focused effort on the networking aspect, where you will apply your profound knowledge in network architecture and communication protocols to optimize interconnectivity and minimize latency across our cloud-based environments. This will include configuring network settings, fine-tuning performance parameters, and employing best practices to ensure secure, efficient data transfer and service availability, ultimately enhancing the user experience and operational efficiency.

Duties
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Nomad
- Maintain micro services across cloud platforms
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing production issues
- 5 years DevOps experience preferred
- Experience building infrastructure using Terraform
- Experience deploying with Hashicorp Nomad
- Familiarity with multiple cloud providers (e.g AWS, GCP) required
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated knowledge of network communication to optimize interconnectivity and minimize latency
- Ability to self-motivate and be accountable and reliable
- AWS/Cloud networking latency/optimization experience
