Job Details
- Prepare detailed accurate material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc. estimates for projects typically ranging from $250k – $50m.
- Estimates will range from the conceptual and design development levels through the 100% construction documents.
- Projects are predominately public sector negotiated work with a few private clients as well.
- Communication with the subcontractor trades, the design team, as well as the client stakeholders is essential.
- Responsible for preparing thorough, detailed scopes of work and performing constructability reviews so as to minimize the opportunity for change orders during the project.
