- Competitive Base Salary, Up to $175K, depending on years of experience

- Lead estimating efforts for road improvement projects, including Mass Excavation, Remedial Work, AC Paving, Underground, and Concrete Structures.
- Utilize strong crew-based estimating techniques and interpret cost data effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Caltrans public works specifications and bidding processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive bids.
- Manage deadlines while maintaining precision and efficiency in all estimates.
- 10 years of experience in road improvement estimating and project management.
- Technical expertise in Mass Excavation, Remedial Work, Structure Excavation & Backfill, AC Paving, Underground, and Concrete Structures.
- Familiarity with Caltrans public works specifications and bidding.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Hard Dollar and Primavera P6 scheduling software is a plus.
