Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Perform month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and policies, as well as external regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations and standards
