As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to general liability, products liability, insurance coverage, professional liability, civil litigation defense, or toxic tort.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research to support legal proceedings, preparing and drafting legal documents, representing the organization in court, developing strategies and arguments, collaborating with a team of legal professionals, negotiating settlements, and staying current with the latest developments in the law and industry.
