Job Details
- Work as part of the Mechanical Engineer product completion team
- Documentation of product intent and verification of conformance to customer requirements
- Translation of customer needs and value opportunities into timely, cost-effective product concepts and features
- Conceptual and detailed product design
- Verification of product fitness-for-purpose, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Creation and maintenance of customer product documentation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD software
- Minimum 2 years Oil and Gas manufacturing design experience
- Experience with structural engineering calculation and analysis.
- Mechanical Design documentation and testing experience
- Strong technical communication skills
- Familiarity with standard office software
- Ability to assess appropriate design for manufacture and service
- Experience with structural integrity assessment, including classical structural engineering calculations or finite element analysis
