We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full time Senior Principal Scientist to join our team. This role is pivotal to our organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of scientists, driving innovation, and overseeing major projects within the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of advancing science and improving human health.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of scientists and technicians in various research projects.
- Develop and implement innovative research strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Lead method selection, development, validation and implementation
- Oversee the design and execution of laboratory experiments, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of analytical testing.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to guide strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current scientific literature, contributing to the development of new theories and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful completion of research projects.
- Present research findings to internal teams, clients, and at scientific conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of laboratory safety.
- PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Immunology or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in an industry setting
- Clinical regulatory experience is required
- Proven track record of leading and managing scientific research teams.
- Strong expertise in analytical testing and data interpretation.
- Excellent knowledge of modern research methods, data analysis tools, and scientific software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative research strategies.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
