- Oversee program execution from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and timeline goals.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
- Maintain direct communication with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes aligned with ISO 9001 2015.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and program management.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or industrial preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control standards (ISO 9001 2015).
- Proficiency in budget management, risk assessment, and production scheduling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
