We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering to lead our Construction Team. Your extensive experience in civil engineering, specifically roads and highways, will be instrumental in driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of project life cycle management, from planning and design to construction and completion.
- Coordinate with government municipalities and Department of Transportation Services (DOTS) to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize Microstation software for project design and implementation.
- Conduct field reviews and inspections to maintain the highest standards of quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and other project staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within roads and highways.
- Familiarity with Microstation software.
- Experience working with government municipalities and Department of Transportation Services (DOTS).
- Strong knowledge of flood risk management and flood diversion projects.
