Job Details
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Plan, manage, and lead water resource infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Supervise and mentor associates, overseeing project goals, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering business development.
Oversee regulatory compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project proposals, contracts, budgets, and funding applications.
Deliver presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and the public.
Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows for business development.
Adhere to and enforce company QA/QC Performance Standards.
Qualifications Needed
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Certifications PE Or Other Relevant Certification Required.
Experience 10 years in water resources or related engineering fields.
Leadership 4 years of supervisory experience.
Technical Proficiency MS Office, CAD, and other industry-related software.
Skills Strong Communication, Leadership, Analytical, And Organizational Abilities.
Other Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
