This is an exceptional opportunity to lead plant-wide quality initiatives, drive process improvement, and ensure industry-standard compliance from launch to lifecycle as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The successful candidate will cross-functional leadership with executive exposure and oversee development and accuracy of Process Flows and Statistical Programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 4 years in a senior quality engineering or management role. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools is also necessary.
