RESPONSIBILITIES -
Secure transportation projects with ODOT, city, and county agencies
Prepare detailed scope and fee proposals
Manage and track project financials and budgets
Oversee and maintain project schedules
Perform highway design and related computations
Ensure quality control and lead the preparation of detailed engineering designs for roadways, highways, and interchanges, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Mentor and develop the skills of junior and entry-level highway design engineers.
Engage frequently with clients and prepare comprehensive project reports.
MUST HAVE -
Bachelors in Civil Engineering
Active PE registration
10 years’ of experience in a combination of highway design and project management
Preliminary and Final design experience with ODOT projects, specifications and guidelines preferred
Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software required
