Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python and Django framework.
- Lead the development and deployment of new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize CI/CD for rapid application development and deployment.
- Work with React to create user-friendly web pages and components.
- Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for effective resource isolation and scaling of applications.
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture for various applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade existing software, and identify areas for modification and improvement.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and at minimum a Secret Security Clearance!
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python programming and Django framework.
- Solid experience with CI/CD, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Constantly update personal technical and business knowledge and skills and mentor others to increase the effectiveness of the team.
- Proven experience as a team leader with a dedication to delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands.
- Drive to keep up with latest technology trends and innovations.
