What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React (Next.js, TypeScript)
Architect and implement efficient, secure, and maintainable code in a cloud-native environment (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to rapidly iterate and ship high-quality features
Take full ownership of features from ideation to deployment, ensuring reliability and performance
Work in an agile, test-driven development environment, leveraging CI/CD and DevOps best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
What We're Looking For
2 years of experience working at an early-stage startup (Series C or earlier preferred)
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and React (TypeScript preferred)
Deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Passion for building high-quality products in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
Experience with WebSockets, GraphQL, or real-time data processing
Background in AI/ML, blockchain, or distributed systems
Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects
