As a Senior Structural Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Structural Engineering team in delivering high-quality projects to clients across the United States. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering, 10 years of experience in structural engineering, and prior group management experience. They will also possess solid knowledge of steel, concrete and wood design, investigations experience, strong organizational skills and task-oriented focus to support various project demands and workloads. A PE license is required, and an SE license is a plus. Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit and RISA-3D is also necessary.
