Required Attributes
EIT
Experience including hydrologic/hydraulic (H&H) modeling of natural systems and stormwater collection systems, floodplain management and modeling, stream restoration design, culvert and bridge hydraulics, scour analysis, erosion and sediment control design, drainage design, stormwater management design, plan review and plan and report preparation.
Essential Software Tools Microstation v8i, ArcGIS, HY-8, HEC-RAS, Storm and SewerCAD, WinTR-55, WinTR-20, HydroCAD, SMS/SRH2D
Produces high quality technical writing for use in reports, specifications, studies, and other engineering documents
Plan Production Via MicroStation With Design Experience Strongly Preferred.
Understanding of state DOT design criteria with prior project experience with DelDOT, MDSHA, VDOT, DCDOT, and/or PennDOT projects.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and written skills
Computer Skills Required
Microstation v8i, ArcGIS, HY-8, HEC-RAS, Storm and SewerCAD, WinTR-55, WinTR-20, HydroCAD, SMS/SRH2D.
PE Preferred
Masters Preferred
Exhibit leadership qualities necessary to lead project related tasks and mentor entry level engineers.
Comfort interacting with clients regarding technical challenges with opportunities to perform project management if desired.
