Income? You will receive a lucrative compensation plan with bonuses and incentives abound!
Medical, Dental, and Vision? We have executive-level coverage – PPO Platinum Plan. We pay 100% of your personal premium and 50% for your dependents.
401k Plan? Yes!

3 Things that are Needed for this Job
- 3 years of experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms
- In depth understanding of social media marketing strategies, from creating content calendars to measuring the success of campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
- Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand growth across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop and manage content calendars and briefs, focusing on storytelling for clients, candidates, and consultants
- Lead the creation of organic and paid social content, coordinating with the brand founder and creative team
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying key metrics and optimizing strategies
- Valuing kindness and respect, fostering a positive online community
- Passionate storyteller, aligned with Jobot's values and committed to enhancing the brand's presence
- Creative thinker and engagement specialist, creating unique content and boosting interactions
