This role is a critical component of our manufacturing industry operations, specifically in the neurovascular, cardiovascular, and life science segments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing clinical research strategies that align with our company's mission and goals. They will be expected to work closely with our team to design, implement, and monitor clinical studies, ensuring the highest standards of scientific integrity, safety, and quality.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in clinical research and ideally some exposure to neurovascular, cardiovascular, and life science research.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor clinical studies in neurovascular, cardiovascular, and life science fields.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical research strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and review study documents including protocols, case report forms, and informed consent forms.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee data collection, data entry, and final analysis.
- Maintain regular communication with study sites to ensure the smooth running of clinical trials.
- Identify and manage any risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the clinical study.
- Prepare and present study findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clinical input and expertise in the development of new products and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in neurovascular, cardiovascular, and life science research is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex clinical data.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and related software.
- Ability to travel as needed to monitor study sites and attend meetings and conferences.
