Job Details
Primary Responsibilities
- Secure bridge and structural projects with ODOT, City, and County agencies.
- Manage and oversee teams, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality control.
- Prepare scope, fee proposals, and financial reports for bridge and transportation projects.
- Coordinate design teams, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining professionalism with clients and partners.
- Participate in client meetings, industry presentations, and proposal development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and active Ohio PE license.
- 10 or more years of experience in bridge design, preservation, foundation design, and project management.
- Familiarity with ODOT guidelines, NBIS Certification preferred, and experience in structural evaluations and load analysis.
- Strong skills in construction phase services, communication, and organization.
