We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring all A/R and GL entries are updated regularly.
• Maintain daily operations of the accounting department, including month and end-year process, cash receipts, fixed asset activity.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Manage the account reconciliation process. Ensure all account reconciliations are performed on a timely basis
• Streamline accounting functions and operations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
• Assist in annual financial and internal control audits
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the manufacturing industry
