- Oversee the development and implementation of equity compensation plans
- Manage the administration of stock option grants, employee stock purchase plans, and other equity-based incentives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equity administration or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP) preferred
- Deep understanding of equity compensation, including tax and legal aspects
- Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Shareworks)
