Is your background a match?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred
- PE or SE license
- 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard design and analysis software (Revit BIM)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong commitment to health and safety, with a deep understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Design, analyze, and inspect large-scale structural engineering projects, ensuring they are safe, stable, and compliant with regulations and standards
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about project specifications, potential risks, and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering specialists, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, continually striving for excellence and innovation in all areas of structural engineering
- Lead and manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
