Responsibilities
As a Superintendent/Foreman, you will
- Oversee and manage all plumbing operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the plumbing team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that all plumbing work is integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
- Ensure that all plumbing work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may occur during the construction process.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on the status of plumbing work.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained properly and are in good working condition.
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
To be considered for the role of Plumbing Superintendent/Foreman, you must
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a superintendent or foreman role within the construction industry, with a specific focus on commercial plumbing or HVAC or electrical.
