The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential construction, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of construction processes, materials management, and building codes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team, subcontractors, and site operations. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most luxurious residential projects in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from pre-construction to project completion.
- Ensure all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to specifications and within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects are compliant.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Develop and maintain schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
- Oversee materials management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of all necessary supplies.
- Provide construction estimating services, accurately forecasting project costs and timelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within the luxury residential construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and materials management.
- Proficient in site and subcontractor management.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
