Responsibilities
As a Superintendent, you will be expected to
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage all project operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
- Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate all work with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Utilize Procore project management software to track project progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
To be considered for this role, you must have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry.
- Proven experience with Procore or equivalent project management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Project experience in the commercial construction sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
