We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Superintendent (healthcare) to join our team in the Construction Industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee healthcare construction projects from the ground up, including remodels, renovations, additions, expansions, and seismic retrofits. In this role, you will have a strong background in healthcare construction, including experience with healthcare regulations and standards, and a proven track record of successfully completed projects in hospital settings, including Behavioral Hospital Construction and Healthcare Towers.

In this role, you will have a strong background in healthcare construction, including experience with healthcare regulations and standards, and a proven track record of successfully completed projects in hospital settings, including Behavioral Hospital Construction and Healthcare Towers.
Preferred Background Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in healthcare construction
- You must also have GC experience.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Behavioral Hospital Construction and Healthcare Towers is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully completed construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
