Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial and tenant improvement projects. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on job sites
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- 3 years of experience in commercial new build and tenant improvement construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
