Key duties will include
- Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished goods.
- Utilizing ERP system to manage inventory levels using Inventory Planning and Purchasing modules.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks.
- Issue Purchase Orders for all stock and non-stock items.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates, manage inventory, delivery terms, and transportation costs.
- Manage deliveries from local and international vendors.
- This will include arranging shipment for international ports and working with Custom’s brokers for imported products.
- Implement processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Manage inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar degree.
- Minimum of 5 years supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or similar experience.
- Strong time management, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
