• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices in the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote our company as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment records in our applicant tracking system.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related experience.
• 1 years of recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
• Excellent knowledge of various sourcing methods and platforms, including online job boards and social media.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
