Job Description
- Prepare and file partnership tax returns, including K-1 forms for partners.
- Analyze financial data and supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct tax research to address partnership-specific issues.
- Collaborate with clients to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated on partnership tax regulations and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience specializing in Partnership tax.
- Proven experience in preparing partnership tax returns.
- Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and related forms (e.g., Form 1065, Schedule K-1).
- CPA or EA is preferred.
- Experience interacting with IRS auditors is preferred.
