Qualifications
Candidates having 5 years of experience at a certified public accounting firm and be a licensed CPA or an EA.
Expectations of this position
- Specialize in preparing complex tax returns
- Specialize in reviewing individual and business tax returns and tax plans
- High attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for problem solving, technical work, analytics, and research
- Mentor staff and interns
- Supervise engagements to completion
- Goal-oriented and have a desire to learn
- Professional writing and verbal skills
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven ability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
