Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax department operations and staff.
- Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
- Stay informed on tax law changes.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA or relevant certification preferred.
- 5 years of tax accounting experience.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong tax law knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
