Are you a technical enthusiast with a passion for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a seasoned Technical Production Specialist who has a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sale of pneumatic control systems, power transmission products, and a knack for maintaining customer relationships. This role involves a combination of design, customer-facing, and quoting tasks, and requires a high level of product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert technical support for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Handling sales of pneumatic control systems and power transmission products, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing customer retention efforts, and handling customer queries and complaints.
• Leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving team performance.
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and quotes to customers.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and improve control systems based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Negotiating contracts and terms with customers, leveraging product knowledge and negotiation skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in the sale of pneumatic control systems and power transmission products.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and a track record of successful customer retention.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Extensive product knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in design and quoting tasks related to control systems.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing role, handling customer queries and complaints effectively.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
