This is an ongoing TEMPContract requirement for a great client of ours inNewport Beach, CA We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as aConsulting Data Entry Associate on a temporary basis. If you have a keen eyefor detail and a passion for numbers, this could be the perfect opportunityfor you. In this role, you will be a part of our Accounting and Finance team,working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible formaintaining and updating our companys financial data. This role demands ahigh level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work independently. Itis an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significantimpact and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Responsibilities : 1. Accurate and efficient data entry of financial information into thecompanys internal systems. 2. Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any incompatibilities andchecking the output. 3. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all accountingtransactions are recorded. 4. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. 5. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze financial data. 6. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and securitypolicies. 7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. 8. Support other team members and departments as necessary to meet companyobjectives. Qualifications : 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably withinthe Accounting and Finance industry. 2. Proficient touch typing skills. 3. Strong knowledge of databases and data entry systems. 4. Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. High level of integrity and professionalism. 9. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices will be an addedadvantage.
