- Proficiency in CAD software and tooling design.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
