Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Conduct quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
• Regularly inspect the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
• Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully completed commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Must have OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to travel as required for the job.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.
