Job Details
Our client is in growth mode and looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to the team who can focus on various industrial, commercial and PEMB projects across the midwest.
Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations on various job sites.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Perform light labor tasks, including moving materials and accepting deliveries.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Utilize construction management software to manage project documentation and communication.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist in estimating and pre-construction activities when not actively on a job site.
Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience as a Traveling Superintendent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed.
Ability to perform light physical labor.
