Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Superintendent to lead and oversee the operations of our rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging network. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation, operation, and maintenance of Supercharger stations, working closely with a dynamic team of engineers, technicians, contractors, and operational staff. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details

• Supervision & Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Supercharger sites, ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Management Manage a team of field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing operations.
• Project Oversight Ensure efficient and accurate execution of new Supercharger station installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities across various regions.
• Quality Control Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality control measures to ensure all installations and maintenance comply with company and industry standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting Collaborate with the operations and maintenance teams to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.
• Vendor Coordination Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Regulatory Compliance Ensure all Supercharger stations meet local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installation work, and prepare regular reports on performance metrics and issues.
• Customer Experience Ensure that all Supercharger stations are fully operational, clean, and user-friendly, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
