We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Analyst to join our manufacturing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional to assume a pivotal role in the evolution of our rapidly-growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also play a key role in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their analytical skills and knowledge in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting and global liquidity management.
• Manage bank and financial institution relationships, including negotiation of fees and services.
• Execute domestic and international funds transfers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee credit management, including the evaluation of customer credit risk and credit limit decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury-related systems and procedures.
• Conduct reconciliations of all funds movement and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in the evaluation and management of financial risks and insurance requirements.
• Use SAP and advanced Excel skills to optimize treasury operations and financial analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and advanced Excel skills is a must.
• Proven experience in cash management and financial risk management.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash movement.
• Solid understanding of credit management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
