Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning
- LLM in Tax required
- Florida Bar admission required
- Experience from established mid-size or large law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience with estate planning, trust administration, and tax matters
- Excellent client communication skills
- Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans focusing on wealth preservation and transfer
- Structure ownership arrangements for family businesses and closely-held entities
- Handle estate and trust administration matters
- Assist with tax planning strategies for individuals and family offices
- Work with high-net-worth clients on multi-generational planning
- Collaborate with firm's tax, corporate, and litigation teams
- Support family office services initiatives
- Participate in business succession planning
