About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mesquite Location.
Job Summary
This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory transactions, maintaining stocking profiles, and supervising the shipment of finished goods to fulfill customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound (40%): Manages inventory transactions and placement for production, ensuring procedures are followed.
- Warehouse Management (30%): Maintains stocking profiles, requests cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions.
- Outbound (30%): Supervises the shipment of finished goods to fulfill customer orders.
- Assists in other areas as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and math skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Effective communication and teamwork with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of warehouse experience, 2 years in supervision.
- High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
