Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining Winpak machinery, with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process.
As a Winpak Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and will be directly responsible for the quality of our products. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards and procedures. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Winpak machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Coordinate with other team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures in the workplace.
- Provide training and guidance to junior operators as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule regular machine maintenance and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operation and production output.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Winpak Operator or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Winpak machinery operation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and operate machinery.
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedules.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
