Job Details
We are seeing a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our dedicated team.
What You’ll Do
✅ Represent public safety employees in workers’ compensation cases, ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve
✅ Handle all aspects of WCAB proceedings, depositions, trials, and hearings
✅ Advise clients on their legal rights and strategize case resolutions
What You Bring
✔ 3 years of workers’ compensation experience (plaintiff side)
✔ Licensed to practice law in California
✔ Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills
✔ Passion for representing first responders and protecting their rights
✔ Experience With ADR Processes (preferred But Not Required)
