Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense law.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in MD required (DC, DE. VA, or PA is a plus).
- Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with employer liability claims a plus.
