Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into associate-facing portal products and internal enterprise tools.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and adoption, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with key milestones.
- Partner with technology and UX teams to design intuitive and scalable generative AI-driven experiences that improve workflows and decision-making processes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI-powered enterprise products.
