Job Summary
The Application Support role focuses on supporting core banking and back-office banking systems, including payment systems like ACH, Wires, Zelle, BillPay, and Instant Payments (RTP & FedNow). This position also involves working with Transaction Banking, Commercial Lending, Dealer Lending systems, and various 3rd party platforms. The role includes troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing systems while ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for core banking and back-office banking systems.
- Manage payment systems including ACH, Wires (SWIFT and FedWire), Zelle, BillPay, Instant Payments (RTP & FedNow), and FiServ Now Network.
- Support transaction banking services such as check issuance & collection, lockbox, item processing, cash vault, integrated payables, H2H channels, escrow, and commercial cards.
- Assist with commercial lending systems (e.g., AFS, Infolease, Rapport, North Shore, Stucky).
- Support dealer lending systems like DataScan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in 3rd party systems, including Fiserv, FIS, Dragonfly, Lockbox, Finastra, AFS, and Meraccan.
- Ensure the systems function smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing the user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect operations.
- Document and maintain operational procedures and troubleshooting guides for supported systems.
